What can we do if we encounter the error "Notification Target changes are disabled until the device joins the network"?
This error occurs because the device has not joined the network. The
device starts to stream information packets to the application server after it
has successfully joined the LoRaWAN Network and has sent its first uplink. If
the join procedures are not initiated or are unsuccessful, the error will
prevail. To resolve this error, send a join request from the device and allow
it to join the network
