PSR is Packet Success Rate, it is the ratio of packets received from a device to the total number of packets sent by that device over a period. Here the total number of packets is the difference between the minimum and the maximum sequence numbers over a period.

The unique sequence number of each received packet is used to tally distinct count, even when reported by multiple base stations.
