How to send downlink from Ginjer ?
To send a downlink from Ginjer, controller must be added on the device hardware.
Kindly follow the device hardware configuration steps outlined below:
1. Log in to your Ginjer account.
2. Navigate to the "Setup" section.
3. Access the "Device" category.
4. Choose the specific device hardware and click on "Configure."
5. Go to the "Controller" section.
6. Add a new controller.
Once the hardware controller is set up:
1. Visit the "Project" section.
2. Go to "Devices."
3. Click on the vertical three-dot menu.
4. Select "Send Downlink."
5. Enter the detail of downlink and click on send.
